On certain track conversion kits, sold as aftermarket components designed to be installed on an off-road motorcycle to allow for winter use, ice buildup on the brake rotor could cause damage to the brake pad retention pin. This could affect braking system function, extending stopping distances and increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. On certain motorcycles, the front brake master cylinder may have been damaged during manufacturing which could lead to premature wear of the sealing cup. This could result in degraded front brake performance, which would increase stopping distances and could affect braking control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the front brake master cylinder, and will replace it as necessary. Note: In the interim, owners are advised to stop riding their motorcycles until the defect has been repaired.

On certain motorcycles, inner front fork components may not have been tightened properly. This could allow the inner front fork to become loose and cause the suspension to stick. Should the suspension become stuck, this could affect the vehicle handling and lead to a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, tighten the loose components.
- Fuel System#2012420

On certain motorcycles, the fuel hose (between the fuel tank and the throttle body fuel rail) may have been manufactured incorrectly and could leak. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire. As well, fuel may leak onto the rear tire while the motorcycle is being ridden, which could increase the risk of a crash. These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel hose.
