On certain track conversion kits, sold as aftermarket components designed to be installed on an off-road motorcycle to allow for winter use, ice buildup on the brake rotor could cause damage to the brake pad retention pin. This could affect braking system function, extending stopping distances and increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. On certain motorcycles, the handlebar clamps may crack, allow the handlebar to move from its set position. This could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the handlebar clamps with updated versions.
