If this were to occur, it could cause damage to the engine or engine failure, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the connecting rod by replacing the complete crankshaft assembly. Note: In the interim, owners are advised to stop riding their motorcycle until the defect has been repaired.
