On certain motorcycles, the passenger footpeg pivot pin circlips were manufactured incorrectly and could fail. This could allow a footpeg to separate from the motorcycle, potentially striking another vehicle, a stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the footpeg pivot pin circlips.

  • Other#2010230

    670 units affected

On certain motorcycles, the right rear portion of the lower fairing can interfere with the operator's footwear while applying the rear brake. This could diminish the operator's control over brake force application or distract the operator, creating the risk of a crash resulting in personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will install an updated footrest guard and fairing bracket.
