Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the instrument panel cluster software.

Safety Risk: Trailer lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and cause following drivers not to recognize that the vehicle is braking or intends to turn or change lanes. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of trailer brakes could increase the risk of a crash. Issue: On certain vehicles, covers were not installed over the horizontal headlamp adjusters, and the vertical headlamp adjusters may not be accessible. As a result, the headlamps may be adjusted horizontally, and may not be adjusted vertically. Canadian regulations don't allow for horizontal headlamp adjustment unless the vehicle is equipped with a built-in aiming device, and require vertical headlamp adjusters to be accessible. Safety Risk: Headlamps that aren't properly adjusted could cause reduced visibility or glare for oncoming drivers, and increase the risk of a crash. STRUCTURE:BODY:ROOF AND PILLARS#26V584000September 10, 2026
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer, 2022-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2023-2025 Jeep Wagoneer L, and 2023-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L vehicles. The pivot bolts for the roof rack crossbars may not have been tightened properly, allowing them to detach.
Risk: Detached roof rack crossbars can create a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the roof rack crossbar pivot bolts, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed October 8, 2026. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 81D. TIRES:PRESSURE MONITORING AND REGULATING SYSTEMS#26V559000September 1, 2026
Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Jeep Wagoneer, 2024-2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2025 Jeep Wagoneer L, 2025-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L, 2026 Jeep Cherokee, and Jeep Grand Wagoneer L PHEV vehicles. Due to a software error, the tire pressure monitoring system may fail to detect low tire pressure and/or fail to illuminate the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System."
Risk: A TPMS warning light that fails to notify the driver of low tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will update the radio frequency hub software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning September 29, 2026. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 54D. Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The trim on the driver and passenger doors may not have been installed properly, which can allow it to detach.
Risk: Detached trim pieces can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the door trim, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 25, 2025.
