Issue: On certain motorhomes, the nuts that attach the rear stabilizer bar bracket(s) could loosen and the attachment bolts and bracket could break. If this happens, the bolts and bracket could detach and separate from the vehicle. Safety Risk: Parts that detach from the motorhome could create a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a Ford dealership to inspect and replace or repair the rear stabilizer attachment bolts and brackets as necessary.

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the motor that controls the power bed lift system could fail. If this happens, the bed could fall suddenly. Safety Risk: A bed that falls suddenly could injure a person that is standing nearby. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to replace the motor for the power bed lift system.

Issue: On certain motorhomes built on a Ford chassis, the insulation for the engine cover may be missing. As a result, some surfaces inside the motorhome could get hot while the engine is running. Safety Risk: If a person touches a hot surface, there could be a risk of a burn injury. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to add insulation to the engine cover. The dealer will also add a foam seal on the outer edge of the cover.
