On certain vehicles, the instrument cluster could go blank intermittently and be unable to display important information. This could result in the driver not being aware of vehicle speed or any malfunction lights turning on, which could affect vehicle performance and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will update the vehicle software.

On certain vehicles equipped with a 2.0L diesel engine, the fuel return hose could leak. This could cause a the fuel to leak onto the road surface which can present a skid hazard to other road users increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could also cause a fire. Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel return hose.

On certain vehicles, the left hand inner sill panel may be cracked. In the event of a crash, the underfloor fuel line could be ruptured which would result in a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the inner sill panel for cracking. If cracking is found the vehicle will be re-purchased by Jaguar Land Rover and the customer will be supplied with a new vehicle.

U.S. NHTSA recalls
02- ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL#17V678000
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2017-2018 Jaguar XF and F-Pace, 2016-2017 Jaguar XJ and 2018 Jaguar XE vehicles. The instrument cluster (IC) may intermittently go blank.
Risk: A blank instrument cluster will not show important information like vehicle speed, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin December 19, 2017. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H056.
- FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS#17V084000
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2017 XF vehicles. The affected vehicles may have a cracked left hand inner sill panel. In the event of a crash involving a left hand impact, the cracked sill panel may result in the underfloor fuel lines rupturing and leaking fuel.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the vehicle's left inner sill panel. If cracks are found, Jaguar will repurchase the vehicle and supply the customer with a new vehicle, free of charge. The recall began April 7, 2017. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is K458.
