Safety Risk: A brake light that turns on when the motorcycle isn't braking could cause confusion for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Indian Motorcycle will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to update the ABS module software.

Issue: On certain motorcycles, the coolant junction could fail. If this happens, coolant could leak while driving. Safety Risk: A coolant leak could create the risk of a burn injury. Additionally, coolant that contacts the rear tire can reduce traction and cause a loss of control. This can increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Indian Motorcycle will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the coolant junction.

Issue: On certain vehicles, a problem with a 10-A circuit breaker could result in intermittent electrical issues. This could result in a loss of power to the engine or the lights. Safety Risk: A loss of engine power and/or a loss of lighting could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. They will provide you with a replacement 10-A circuit breaker and directions for installing it. If you would like help to install the circuit breaker, you can contact a Polaris or Indian Motorcycle dealer to have it installed free of charge.
