On certain vehicles built on a ProMaster chassis, the rear brake lines could be damaged by the bolts that secure the sofa. This could cause a brake fluid leak and reduced brake effectiveness, which may resulting in longer stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: dealers will inspect and replace the brake lines and/or the bolts as necessary.

On certain vehicles equipped with second-row captains chairs, holes may have been unintentionally drilled in the top of the diesel fuel tank during the manufacturing process. This could cause diesel fuel to spill from the tank, creating a road hazard and the potential for environmental contamination. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel tank as necessary.
