Certain motorcycles equipped with an accessory center stand may have hardware that was not properly manufactured. This could cause the center stand to detach from the motorcycle. If this happens while parked, the motorcycle could fall over, or if this happens while in motion, a road hazard could be created. Both of these outcomes could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the hardware that secures center stand. Note: Until recall repairs are completed, owners are advised not to use the center stand and should only use the side kickstand.
