Issue: On certain vehicles, if the tire repair kit nozzle is not properly attached to the tire valve, pressure could build up in the sealant bottle. As a result, excessive pressure could cause the bottle cap to detach. Safety Risk: If the bottle cap detaches, it could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the nozzle on the tire repair kit. If the sealant bottle has been previously used, it will be replaced.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the high-pressure fuel pump may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the fuel pump could crack and leak fuel. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the high-pressure fuel pump.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the steering gearbox may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, there could be a sudden change in steering feel and an increase in steering effort. Safety Risk: A sudden change in steering effort could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to add grease to the steering gearbox and replace the electronic power steering spring.

Issue: On certain vehicles, some negative terminals in the high-voltage battery may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, a terminal and/or bus bar could break and cause electrical arcing (sparks). Note: This recall only affects hybrid (FHEV) models. Safety Risk: Electrical arcing can create the risk of a fire or injury. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the high-voltage battery module.

U.S. NHTSA recalls
05- TIRES:TEMPORARY/EMERGENCY SPARE TIRE#26V366000
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2026 CR-V Hybrid, Accord Hybrid, and 2025-2026 CR-V Fuel Cell EV vehicles. When using the tire repair kit, pressure may build within the sealant bottle, causing the bottle cap to detach.
Risk: A detached bottle cap can become a projectile and strike the user or others nearby, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the tire repair kit nozzle or sealant bottle, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed July 27, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in Fall 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-866-784-1870. Honda's number for this recall is DOV. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning June 11, 2026.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Honda Accord, Accord Hybrid, 2023-2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid, and 2025 Honda Civic and Civic Hybrid vehicles. The high-pressure fuel pump may crack and leak fuel.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the high-pressure fuel pump as necessary, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed February 20, 2025. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's number for this recall is PJW.
- ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:TRACTION BATTERY#24V745000
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid vehicles. The high voltage battery modules may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause the battery terminal or busbar to break and spark.
Risk: An electrical spark increases the risk of an injury or fire. In addition, a loss of drive power may occur, which can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the battery module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 27, 2024. Owners may contact Honda Customer Service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's number for this recall is HJR.
- STEERING#24V744000
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Acura Integra, Civic Type R, CR-V Hybrid, CR-V, HR-V, 2022-2025 Civic, Civic Hatchback, 2024-2025 Acura Integra Type S, 2025 CR-V Fuel Cell EV, Civic Hybrid, and Civic Hatchback Hybrid vehicles. The steering gearbox assembly may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause excessive internal friction and lead to difficulty steering the vehicle.
Risk: Difficulty steering can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the worm gear spring and redistribute or add grease as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 18, 2024. Owners may contact Honda Customer Service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are SJS, MJU, QJT and VJV.
- POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:INTERNAL:CVT#23V588000
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023 CR-V Hybrid and Accord Hybrid vehicles. The electronic transmission may have been improperly manufactured, which can result in a loss of drive power.
Risk: A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the electronic continuously variable transmission (e-CVT), free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 11, 2023. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are NFG and HFF.
