    Issue: This recall is for certain multi-purpose vehicles that are used for clearing snow, street cleaning and other maintenance purposes. Under certain conditions, the vehicle could accelerate suddenly. Additionally, depending on the vehicle settings, starting the engine could cause the PTO device to start automatically. Note: This recall is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Safety Risk: A vehicle that accelerates suddenly could create the risk of a crash. A PTO device that starts automatically could create a risk of injury to the operator or people nearby. Corrective Actions: Holder will provide a safety notice to owners and dealers that has safety precautions that all users must follow. Users should also refer to the operating manual for information on the proper use of the vehicle. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
