01- Tires#2020167
6 units affected
Issue: Certain tires were made with incorrect information about the number of tread plies moulded on the sidewalls. The tires are marked with “TREAD 2 STEEL + 2 POLYESTER + 1 NYLON” rather than the correct marking “TREAD 2 STEEL + 2 POLYESTER + 2 NYLON”. Canadian regulations require this information to be marked on the sidewalls of all tires. Safety Risk: This small error does not affect the safety or performance of the tires. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has made production changes to ensure that all new tires have the correct information marked on the sidewalls.
