Issue: On certain RV trailers, the pull handles for the drawers and doors inside the trailer have square corners that could be sharp. Safety Risk: Sharp corners on the drawer and door handles can create the risk of a cut or scrape. Corrective Actions: Grand Design RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to replace the pull handles with handles that have a rounded shape.

Issue: A small number of travel trailers equipped with Dexter D30 axles may have the incorrect inner axle bearings installed. As a result, the bearings could wear quickly and cause an axle failure. If this happens, the wheel assembly could also separate from the trailer. Safety Risk: An axle failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a wheel that separates could also hit another person or vehicle. Corrective Action: Grand Design will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealer to have the axles inspected. If required, the axle assembly will be replaced.

Issue: On certain travel trailers, the propane (LP) regulator could fail. If this happens, high-pressure propane could reach the appliances. Note: This recall only affects trailers equipped with a Winntec propane regulator. Safety Risk: Unregulated propane pressure can create the risk of an appliance fire. Corrective Action: Grand Design RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer, to replace the propane (LP) regulator.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Imagine travel trailers. The cast aluminum pull handles on the cabinet doors and drawers may have sharp edges.
Risk: Sharp handles could scrape or cut an occupant, increasing their risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the handles, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 14, 2022. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910027.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2021 Imagine recreational trailers equipped with Dexter D30 axles. The axles may have been assembled with incorrect inner bearings.
Risk: Incorrect inner bearings can cause the wheels to lock up or reduce stopping ability, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the axles for incorrect bearings and replace the bearings as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 24, 2021. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910024.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2016-2021 Imagine, Transcend, and Momentum travel trailers. The LP regulator that controls the LP gas pressure may fail, allowing excessive gas pressure that causes the appliance flame to increase.
Risk: Excessive gas pressure and a larger than intended appliance flame can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the LP regulator, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 24, 2021. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910023.
