On certain buses, a circuit board contained within the door header could overheat, potentially resulting in a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace affected circuit boards.
- Heater And Defroster#2013243

On some buses, bolts securing ceiling-mounted air conditioning evaporator may loosen. This could result in the evaporator falling from the ceiling, potentially causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will re-torque or replace the bolts.
- Accessories#2012010
212 units affected
On certain buses equipped with a Carrier GenV EM-1 evaporator unit, the blower motor fuse assembly may allow the fuse to loosen over time, which could result in high resistance and arcing. If sufficient arcing occurs the fuse holder may melt, which could cause smoke and/or fire. A vehicle fire could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Carrier will provide a retrofit kit along with installation instructions.
