02- Brakes#2009342
311 units affected
On certain vehicles, the right front crossover brake line may have been installed incorrectly. As such, the brake line may contact nearby components, eventually causing a brake fluid leak which could result in a reduction of braking capability. Increased stopping distances could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the brake line fastening clamps.
- Suspension#2009341
506 units affected
On certain vehicles, fasteners used to connect the rear suspension spring to the suspension hanger bracket may not have been torque to specification during vehicle assembly. Under torqued fasteners may loosen and fall out, allowing the rear suspension to become misaligned. This could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will torque fasteners to specs.
