On certain travel trailers, the shackle bolt may not be seated properly into the chassis axle hanger. This could allow the center axle of a triple axle configuration to rotate to the rear causing tire degradation and/or a loss of vehicle control which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and affect repairs as necessary.
- Accessories#2015557
32 units affected
On certain travel trailers and motorhomes, a defect in the on-demand hot water heater, manufactured by Atwood Mobile Products, could result in a risk of scalding injury due to excessive hot water temperature. Correction: Owners will be provided with instructions from Atwood Mobile Products on how and where to have repairs completed.
- Label#2014150
23 units affected
Certain travel trailers may not comply with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) and Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) on the compliance label may be incorrect. GAWR may be indicated as 2,304 kg (5,080 lbs) instead of 1,996 kg (4,400 lbs) and Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) as 5,051 kg (11,135 lbs) instead of 4,433 (9,774 lbs). This could result in vehicle overloading, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Owners will be sent a revised compliance label with the correct GAWR and GVWR.

On certain fifth wheels, travel trailers and motorhomes, the electrical motor for the awning could become damaged, allowing the awning to unfurl unexpectedly. As a result, the awning could strike another vehicle, a stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the awning motor.
