Safety Risk: A ramp door that breaks when loading or unloading items in the rear garage could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Forest River recommends that you shouldn't use the ramp door until the recall repairs have been completed. Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to install support brackets for the ramp door.

(Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026. Risk: A brake fluid leak can cause a loss of brake function, increasing the risk of a crash.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Riverstone Fifth Wheel trailers. The solar panels may have been incorrectly connected in parallel and instead of in series, causing the wiring to overheat and melt.
Risk: Melted wires increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the wiring and replace the cable entry plate and solar controller as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 5, 2024. Owners may call Forest River Customer Service at (260) 593-2425. Forest River's number for this recall is 70-1853.
