    Issue: On certain RV trailers, the 110 V circuits in the distribution panel may not have been labeled correctly. Safety Risk: A mislabeled circuit can create the risk of shock or electrocution. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the distribution panel label.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes and RV trailers, the circuit board for the LED light rings on the cooktop knobs could fail. As a result, the wiring and/or LED lights could overheat and melt. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with certain Suburban cooktops. Safety Risk: Wiring and/or lights that overheat and melt can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome or RV trailer to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, disable or remove the LED light rings.

    Issue: On certain RV trailers, the bolts that attach the suspension to the chassis may not have been tightened correctly. As a result, the suspension could detach and separate from the trailer and cause a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten or replace the bolts on the independent suspension.

    Issue: On certain RV trailers and motorhomes, the fabric for the patio awning may not be properly attached. As a result, the awning could detach and fall from the vehicle. Safety Risk: An awning that falls from the vehicle could create a risk of injury. An awning that falls from a moving vehicle could create road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the fabric roll on the awning. It will be repaired or replaced, as necessary.

    Issue: On certain RV trailers and motorhomes, the quick disconnect fittings for the propane (LP) gas system may be defective. As a result, the fittings could crack and leak propane. Safety Risk: A propane gas leak could create the risk of a fire or explosion. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your RV trailer or motorhome to a dealership to replace the quick disconnect fittings on the propane system and perform a leak test.

    Issue: On certain travel trailers, the suspension shackle nuts may not be properly tightened. As a result, the nuts could loosen, and the suspension or axle could detach from the vehicle while driving. This could cause a loss of control. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of control could result in a crash. Parts that detach from the trailer could also create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of crash. Corrective Action: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to ensure that the suspension shackle nuts are properly tightened.
