Issue: On certain motorhomes, some openings in the floor may not be properly sealed. This could allow exhaust gases and carbon monoxide to enter the motorhome. Safety Risk: A build-up of carbon monoxide inside the motorhome could result in asphyxiation or carbon monoxide poisoning. Corrective Actions: REV Group will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer for an inspection. Any openings in the floor will be sealed. The company recommends that you should also check to ensure that the carbon monoxide detector is working properly, and that it has not passed its expiration date.

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the generator exhaust pipe may be routed incorrectly. This could cause it to be damaged or sheared off if the motorhome is driven on an incline. Safety Risk: A damaged or missing generator exhaust pipe may allow carbon monoxide to enter the motorhome. This could result in asphyxiation or carbon monoxide poisoning. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect, and if necessary, replace the generator exhaust pipe with a redesigned pipe that exits at the rear of the motorhome.
- Wheels#2018487
2 units affected
On certain motorhomes built on a Ford chassis, the front wheel hub assemblies may have studs that were not heat treated. The studs could break off causing a wheel to separate and fall off the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. In addition, the wheel assembly could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Ford dealers will inspect vehicles and, if necessary, replace the studs.
