Problem: On certain child car seats, the tether strap may be missing. As a result, you may not be able to secure the seat properly in a vehicle. Safety Risk: A child seat that isn't properly secured could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Evenflo will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a tether strap. You should contact Evenflo to obtain a free tether strap and instructions for how to install it.
