Issue: Certain U.S. certified infant/child seats, including travel systems were incorrectly shipped to Canada. Canadian regulations differ from the U.S., as the information in the instructions and labels must be listed in both English and French. As a result, the seats may not meet all of the Canadian requirements. Note: For the Pivot Xpand travel system with the LiteMax infant/child seat, only certain "Ayrshire Black" colour models are affected. For the Omni Ultra travel system with the Revolve180 LiteMax NXT infant/child seat, only certain "Pacific Green" colour models are affected. For the Revolve360 Extend child seat, only certain "Quartz" colour models are affected. Safety Risk: Labels and/or instructions that are missing information in both official languages could cause confusion and increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Evenflo will notify registered owners in writing. For the Pivot Xpand travel system, Evenflo will replace the LiteMax seat and provide you with an updated instruction manual for the stroller that includes French instructions. For the Omni Ultra travel system, Evenflo will replace the Revolve180 LiteMax NXT seat. For the Revolve360 Extend models, Evenflo will replace the seat. If your stroller or infant/child seat is missing French instructions and/or a French label, you should contact Evenflo to obtain free replacement(s). If you have not yet registered your seat, have moved, or have any questions about this recall, you can contact Evenflo by phone at: 1-937-773-3971 or 1-800-265-0749, or online at: https://registration.evenflo.com/evenflo/ca/carseats
