Issue: Certain child car seats may not meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations when installed in a rear-facing position using the vehicle seat belt. Safety Risk: A child seat that doesn't meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations could increase the risk of injury to nearby occupants in a crash. Corrective Actions: Evenflo will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a replacement seat. Evenflo advises that you may continue to use the seat You should contact Evenflo to obtain a free replacement seat, which the company will provide once it's available.
