Issue: On certain motorhomes equipped with frameless windows, the adhesive that attaches the vented portion of the windows may fail. If this happens, the glass could separate and fall from the motorhome. Safety Risk: A window that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to an authorized dealer or service center to inspect and replace the vent window glass, as required.

If this happens, the circuit board may overheat. Safety Risk: An overheated circuit board could create the risk of fire. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to add additional over-current protection to the electronic control center.

The motorhome should not be driven until this inspection is performed. The company will provide further directions for the inspection and for how to correct the problem.
