Issue: On certain motorcycles, engine oil could enter the airbox through the crankcase pressure system. In rare cases, this could cause an oil leak near the rear tire. Safety Risk: An oil leak near the rear tire may reduce traction and could cause a loss of control that may result in a crash. Corrective Actions: Ducati will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect the crankcase pressure system. A valve will be installed if necessary.
