01
• Seats And Restraints#2014157

17,700 units affected

Certain infant/child seats may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 213 - Child Restraint Systems, and CMVSS 213.1 - Infant Restraint Systems. A memory foam insert in the seat pan fabric may have been omitted at time of manufacture. This could allow forces to be transmitted to the seat occupant which would exceed limits allowable by the standards, increasing the risk of injury. Correction: All registered owners with affected car seats will be sent a repair kit containing memory foam inserts and installation instructions. Non-registered owners, or owners who have moved, should contact Diono at 1-866-954-9786 to obtain a repair kit. The affected car seats should not be returned to the retailer. Click here for more information
