Issue: On certain infant car seats, the label and instructions for the recommended use-positions of the carry handle may be missing or incorrect. Canadian regulations require a label for handle adjustment positions on child seats. Note: When the car seat is installed with the base, you should only use handle position 2. Safety Risk: Incorrect positioning of the carry handle could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Action: Diono will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a new handle position label and an insert for the owner's manual with correct handle position instructions. You should contact Diono to obtain a free label and owner's manual insert and instructions for how to install the label. If you have not yet registered your seat, have moved, or have any questions about this recall, you can contact Diono by phone at: 1-866-954-9786 or online at: https://diono.ca
