01- Seats And Restraints#2022748
1,937 units affected
Issue: On certain child car seats, the national safety mark (NSM) label lists that the seat complies with the wrong standard. Specifically, this label lists Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 213.2, which is for booster seats. All of the other information with the seat, including the owner's manuals and labels, provide the correct information for how to use the seat. Safety Risk: This small error on the label is unlikely to affect safety, as the seat can't be used as a booster seat. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. Owners can continue to use their seat. The company has made changes to correct all future NSM labels. You should refer to the owner's manual or contact the company if you have any questions about how to use the seat.
