Issue: On certain RV trailers, the furnace vent panel may not have been installed. As a result, carbon monoxide could build up inside the trailer when the furnace is used. Safety Risk: A buildup of carbon monoxide inside the trailer could result in carbon monoxide poisoning. Corrective Actions: Keystone will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, install the missing furnace vent panel. To reduce the safety risk, Keystone recommends that you should not use the furnace until the recall repairs have been completed.

U.S. NHTSA recalls

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2022 Crossroads Zinger travel trailers. The furnace vent extension may not have been installed, which can cause carbon monoxide to enter the vehicle living area.
Risk: Carbon monoxide inside the vehicle can increase the risk of injury or death.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install the exterior vent panel, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 19, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-431.
