Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, the exterior ladder may not have been installed properly. As a result, the ladder could detach if you use it. Safety Risk: A ladder that detaches could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, relocate the exterior ladder. To reduce the safety risk, Forest River recommends not to use the ladder until the recall repairs have been completed.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Cross Trail motorhomes. The backer on the ladder receiver may not have been installed, which can cause the ladder to detach.
Risk: A ladder that detaches while in use increases the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the ladder as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 24, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 574-825-8409 or 574-825-8487. Forest River's number for this recall is 215-1800.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Cross Trail motorhomes. The ladder receiver may have been incorrectly installed without the backer, which can cause the ladder to detach.
Risk: A ladder that detaches while in use increases the risk of injury.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Coachmen Cross Trail Class C motorhomes. The 12-volt refrigerator may dislodge and fall from its cabinet.
Risk: A falling 12-volt refrigerator increases the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will reinstall and secure the 12-volt refrigerator, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 26, 2023. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-825-8487. Forest River's number for this recall is 215-1691.
