Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT-DELUXE and QRT-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8-6200 or Q8-6209. Safety Risk: A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Vantage Mobility recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed.
