    Issue: On certain side-by-side vehicles, the accelerator pedal may not return when it is released. This could cause the throttle to stick open. Note: This is an expansion of CFMOTO Recall BR20-04B (Transport Canada Recall No. 2020-442). Safety Risk: A throttle that sticks in the open position could cause a loss of control and create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: CFMOTO will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the date code of the electronic throttle pedal assembly. It will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, CFMOTO recommends that you should not drive your UTV until this recall is completed.

    Issue: On certain side-by-side vehicles, the accelerator pedal may not return when it is released. This could cause the throttle to stick open. Safety Risk: A throttle that sticks in the open position could cause a loss of control and create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: CMI will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the electronic throttle pedal assembly.

  • Fuel System#2020381

    Issue: On certain side-by-side UTV's, the bracket and connections for the fuel line may not be properly positioned. As a result, a fuel leak could occur. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your UTV to a dealer to adjust the position of fuel pipe bracket and verify if the fuel connections are properly seated. To reduce the safety risk, CMI recommends that you should avoid riding your UTV until the recall repairs have been completed.
