Issue: On certain side-by-sides, water could enter the throttle cable. As a result, when operated in cold weather, the water could freeze and cause the accelerator pedal to stick. Safety Risk: An accelerator pedal that sticks could cause a loss of control and create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, CFMOTO recommends that you should not use your side-by-side in temperatures near or below freezing point until the recall repairs are completed. CFMOTO will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your side-by-side to a dealership to replace the throttle cable.
