Issue: On certain side-by-side UTVs, the recall repairs completed by a CFMOTO dealer during recall BR25-01 (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-060) may not be effective. As a result, a second inspection and/or repair is required. On certain side-by-side UTVs, the doors may not latch properly when they are closed. As a result, the doors could open while driving. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-060. This recall affects both the Highland and Highland XL models. Safety Risk: A door that opens suddenly while driving could create the risk of injury and/or increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, CFMOTO recommends that you should not use your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. CFMOTO will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your UTV to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the door latches.

Safety Risk: A stuck accelerator pedal could cause an unintended acceleration and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: None of the affected side-by-side UTVs have been delivered to customers. CFMOTO will instruct dealers to replace the throttle pedal before each UTV is delivered.
