Issue: On certain three-wheeled vehicles, the vehicle type printed on the compliance label is incorrect. The vehicle type should be "TWV/VTR" instead of "MOTORCYCLE". Canadian regulations require the vehicle type to be identified on the compliance label. Safety Risk: This small error does not affect safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. Campagna Motors has made changes to ensure that all new vehicles have the correct vehicle type printed on the compliance label.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label and the compliance label list the wrong tire pressures. The labels incorrectly list the pressure as 110 kPa (16 psi) for the front tires and 124 kPa (18 psi) for the rear tire. The labels should instead list the tire pressure as 180 kPa (26 psi) for the front and rear tires. This information could lead you to underinflate the tires. Driving a vehicle with underinflated tires could cause poor handling and/or a tire failure. Additionally, the label doesn't list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "N/A" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash. Corrective Actions: Campagna Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install a corrected compliance label, and tire and loading information label. You can contact Campagna Motors directly if you would prefer to have them send you the labels, and apply them yourself.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the compliance label lists the wrong vehicle weight ratings. Specifically, the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) should read 729 kg (1603 lb.) instead of 695 kg (1533 lb.). Additionally, the gross axle weight ratings (GAWR) should read 419 kg (922 lb.) for the front axle and 310 kg (681 lb.) for the rear axle. Canadian regulations require the correct GVWR and GAWR to be listed on the compliance label. Safety Risk: An incorrect GVWR or GAWR could create confusion and lead to improper loading of the vehicle. Corrective Actions: Campagna Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install a new compliance label with the correct weight ratings. You can contact Campagna Motors directly if you would prefer to have them send you the label, and apply it yourself.

On certain vehicles, the steering column may not have been properly inserted on the steering rack. This could potentially allow the column to disconnect from the rack causing a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
