Issue: On a small number of electric motorcycles, the steering shaft may not be strong enough. Under certain conditions (like hitting a curb or a large pothole), the steering shaft could break and cause a loss of steering control. Safety Risk: A loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Cake advises not to drive your motorcycle until the recall repairs are completed. Cake will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact the company to arrange for the steering shaft to be replaced.
