Issue: The National Safety Mark was not applied to one seat. Canadian regulations require companies to affix a National Safety Mark to each child seat. Safety Risk: As the only affected seat was replaced, there is no risk to safety. Corrective Action: The affected seat was replaced.

On certain infant car seats, the center tab on the chest clip may break off, which could present a choking hazard to an infant in the car seat. Correction: Consumers are advised to call Britax Child Safety, Inc. at 1-833-474-7016 to request a free remedy kit that contains step-by-step instructions as well as a replacement chest clip made from a different material that improves the durability of the tab.
