  • Label#2017270

    21 units affected

Certain travel trailers may fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 110 - Tire Selection and Rims. The certification label overstates the correct Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) as 7,200lbs. This could lead to premature tire failure and vehicle overloading, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Owners will be sent a revised certification label with instructions for proper placement. If owners are not comfortable installing the label themselves, they can take the label to a Bison dealer for installation.

  • Electrical#2016413

    45 units affected

On certain travel trailers, a 30 amp fuse on the battery line was omitted at time of assembly. As a result, the circuit contains no overload protection. Should a short occur, wiring could overheat and cause a fire, which could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install an 30 amp in-line fuse in the battery line.
