On certain dump trailers, a fitting on the hydraulic cylinder may fail, which could allow the dump bed to fall from the raised position if the safety lock isn't engaged. This could cause injury to the dump bed operator, as well as anyone in the immediate vicinity. Correction: Dealers will replace the hydraulic fitting.

On certain dump trailers, the loading ramps may not have been manufactured to specifications, and are therefore underrated for the potential weight loads of the trailers. If the ramps are used to load/unload equipment, they could bend and the equipment could shift or fall, which could cause property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replaced the loading ramps.
