  • Label#2026278

    1,173 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE / NON-APPLICABLE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. Bentley has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.

  • Heater And Defroster#2023029

    35 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, water could leak into the external coolant pump for the climate control system and cause a short circuit. If this happens, the pump and wiring could overheat and melt. Safety Risk: A short circuit can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Bentley will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to replace the external coolant pump. Additionally, the connections for the pump will be inspected and replaced, if necessary.

  • Airbag#2021762

    225 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, the owner's manual doesn't properly describe how the passenger-front airbag works when the "Passenger Airbag On" light is on. This could cause you to misunderstand how the passenger airbag works. Safety Risk: Incorrect information about how the airbag system works could cause confusion, and create an increased risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Bentley will send each owner a sticker to update the owner's manual with the correct description for how the passenger airbag works. They will also provide you with instructions for where to put it. If you would like help installing the label, a Bentley dealer will install it for you.

  • Seats And Restraints#2021445

    188 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, the front seats may continue to automatically move downwards and rearwards after a person enters the rear seat. If this happens, a rear occupant's legs could be trapped. Safety Risk: A front seat that continues to move rearward could cause an injury for a rear passenger. Corrective Actions: Bentley will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the software for the front seats.

  • Electrical#2015487

    469 units affected

Certain vehicles may have a loose electrical connection at the firewall junction. Under certain conditions, this connection could overheat, which would increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the original nut securing the connection with a new lock nut.

  • Brakes#2013338

    43 units affected

On certain vehicles equipped with carbon ceramic brakes, the brake rotor fixing screws may fail. This could result in reduced braking performance, which could increase stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the screws with an updated design.

  • Lights And Instruments#2013076

    980 units affected

Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The Daytime Running Lights (DRL) system does not meet requirements of the standard when the sidelights are manually selected on the headlamp switch. Correction: Dealers will modify the DRL system.
