Certain all-terrain vehicles do not comply with the requirements Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The vehicles may not be equipped with a rear reflex reflector. This could render the vehicle less visible to other motorists during hours of darkness, possibly resulting in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Owners will be sent a repair kit including the reflector and installation instructions.

On certain ATV's, the front tie rod steering assemblies may bend or break during vehicle operation, which may decrease the driver's ability to control the vehicle. A loss of steering control could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace both tie rod steering assemblies.
