Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, ARBOC recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. In the event of a crash, the seat occupant(s) may not be properly restrained, which could increase the risk of injury. Correction: Owners are advised to contact the Freedman Seating Company (FSC) at 1-800-443-4540, to get information about proper inspection procedures. Should a seat not pass the inspection, FSC will provide a repair kit and instructions for its installation.
