Issue: The slope indicator placard on certain digger derricks may have incorrect information. This could make a user think that it is not necessary to level the unit while working on a slope. A unit that is not properly levelled could be unstable. Safety Risk: An unstable derrick unit could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to remove the incorrect slope indicator placard.

On certain wood chippers, the fasteners that attach the disc shaft bearing could fail. This could result in the disc becoming loose within the housing, which would increase the risk of injury and/or property damage. Correction: Manufacturer will issue a letter informing owners to replace the existing disc bearing mounting bolts.
