Issue: On certain RV trailers, a wire connector for the solar panel could loosen and cause the wiring to overheat. Safety Risk: Wiring that overheats could create the risk of a fire. • Tires#2023248

    1 units affected

Issue: The wrong wheels and tires, including the spare tire, were installed on one RV trailer. Also, the compliance label lists the incorrect tire size. The tires are incorrectly sized ST225/75R15, instead of ST235/80R16. This could lead to overloading of the tires and wheels, and cause poor handling or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Alliance RV will notify the owner by mail and instruct you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the tires and wheels, and install a new compliance label.

  • Accessories#2022417

    174 units affected

Issue: On certain RV trailers, the fabric for the patio awning may not be properly attached. As a result, the awning could detach and fall from the trailer. Safety Risk: An awning that falls from the trailer could create a risk of injury. An awning that falls from a moving vehicle could create road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Alliance RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealership to inspect the fabric roll on the awning. It will be repaired or replaced, as necessary.
