    Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, a 30 A circuit breaker was installed on the inverter circuit instead of a 20 A circuit breaker. As a result, the wiring could overheat and melt before the circuit breaker trips. Safety Risk: Wiring that melts or overheats could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Action: Alliance RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to replace the 30 A circuit breaker with a 20 A circuit breaker.

U.S. NHTSA recalls

  • ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS#24V303000

    Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2024 Avenue 22ML, 26RD, 29RL, 32RLS, 33RKS, 37MBR, and 38DBL travel trailers. The inverter circuit was improperly wired to a 30 amp breaker, which could allow the breaker to overheat.

    Risk: A breaker that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

    Remedy: Dealers will install a 20 amp breaker, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 7, 2024. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165.
