    7,608 units affected

    Issue: On certain vehicles, the rear left and right outboard seat belts could become twisted and may not retract correctly. As a result, the seat belts may not work properly in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the rear outboard seat belt retractors.

    Issue: On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by an FCA dealer during recall A9C (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-590) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required. On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the daytime running lights (DRLs) not to turn on. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-590. Safety Risk: DRLs that don't turn on could reduce visibility and make the vehicle less visible to others. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the vehicle software.

    Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the daytime running lights (DRLs) not to turn on. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: DRLs that don't turn on could reduce visibility and make the vehicle less visible to others. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the vehicle software.

  • Visual System#2025204

    7,546 units affected

    Issue: On certain vehicles, the rearview camera may not have been manufactured properly and/or there could be a problem in the rearview camera software. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the rearview camera software. For certain vehicles, the dealer will also replace the radio assembly.

  • Brakes#2024589

    2,280 units affected

    Issue: On certain vehicles, the brake pedal could fail while braking. If this happens, you would not be able to apply the brakes. Safety Risk: A loss of brakes can increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to reinforce the brake pedal arm.

  • SEAT BELTS:FRONT:RETRACTOR#26V510000

    Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Dodge Hornet and 2023-2026 Alfa Romeo Tonale vehicles. The rear outboard seat belts may become twisted and fail to retract properly.

    Risk: A seat belt that does not retract may fail to restrain properly an occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the retractors, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning September 24, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 84D. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov on August 15, 2026.

  • BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA#25V246000

    Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Alfa Romeo Tonale and Dodge Hornet vehicles. The display module may not show the rearview camera image. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

    Risk: A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will update the software or replace the display as necessary free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning May 13, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's numbers for this recall are 13C and 38C.

  • SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:PEDALS AND LINKAGES#24V752000

    Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Dodge Hornet and Alfa Romeo Tonale vehicles. The brake pedal may collapse and cause a loss of brake function.

    Risk: A loss of brake function increases the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will reinforce the brake pedal arm, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 17, 2024. Owners may contact FCA Customer Service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is B7B.
