  Problème : Sur certains autobus, l'image de l'écran du rétroviseur pourrait être inversée. Risques pour la sécurité : Une image inversée pourrait amener le conducteur à tourner dans la mauvaise direction pour éviter un objet derrière le véhicule, ce qui augmenterait les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Le constructeur doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste. Les propriétaires devront appeler ASA Electronics pour coordonner la réparation avec un concessionnaire local. La réparation comprendra l'installation d'un module supplémentaire pour l'écran du rétroviseur.

  Sur certains autobus dotés d'une plate forme élévatrice pour fauteuils roulants S-Series ou K-Series Titanium de la firme Ricon, la came limitant la hauteur de levage pourrait faillir. Le cas échéant, si l'utilisateur continuait à presser sur le bouton de levage, la plate forme pourrait se soulever au delà du plancher du véhicule et faire basculer la personne se trouvant sur la plate forme vers l'intérieur du véhicule, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures. Mesure corrective : un détaillant Ricon autorisé va faire les réparations.

  Eldorado National- Kansas (Eldorado) is recalling certain 2012-2018 Goshen Impulse, GCII, and Pacer shuttle buses equipped with Ricon S-Series and K-Series Wheelchair lifts, models K200, K201, K550, K551, S200, S550, S551. The wheelchair lift positioning input cam may fail while the lift is in use, allowing the platform to travel higher than the vehicle's floor height. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 403, "Platform Lift Systems."

  Risque: If the wheelchair lift platform stops above the vehicle floor, the wheelchair user can tip inwards toward the vehicle when exiting the lift, increasing their risk of injury.

  Correctif: Eldorado will notify owners, and Ricon dealers will replace the lift positioning input cam, free of charge. The recall began March 29, 2019. Owners may contact Ricon customer service at 1-800-322-2884.

  Champion Bus, Inc. (Champion) is recalling certain 2017-2018 Champion Challenger, Defender, LF Transport, Goshen G-Force, and Impulse transit buses, equipped with Freedman GO-ES Foldaway Seats, part numbers 43705, 45467, 48923, and 75719. When the back seat cushion is rotated from the stowed position to the upright position, the seat cushion may not remain locked into place when under load, such as in a crash or a sudden stop. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, "Seating Systems," and number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

  Risque: In the event of a crash, if the seat back moves, the seat occupant has an increased risk of injury.

  Correctif: Champion will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and repair the foldaway seat, free of charge. The recall began December 19, 2018. Owners may contact Champion customer service at 1-810-724-1753, extension 415 or Freedman customer service at 1-800-527-7477.

The wheelchair lift positioning input cam may fail while the lift is in use, allowing the platform to travel higher than the vehicle floor height. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 403, "Platform Lift Systems."

  Risque: If the wheelchair lift platform stops above the vehicle floor, the wheelchair user can tip inwards toward the vehicle when exiting the lift, increasing their risk of injury.

  Correctif: Eldorado will notify owners and Ricon dealers will replace the injection molded cam with an aluminum machined cam, free of charge. The recall began October 24, 2018. Owners may contact Eldorado National-Kansas customer service at 1-800-955-4236.
